Eagan Building Group is a Missouri based construction, design, and installation company that partners with UAM to perform their office furniture decommissions. This value-add service allows Eagan to offer environmentally friendly, turnkey solutions to their clients. By utilizing UAM’s unique and diverse database, we were able to perform a 50,000 sq. ft liquidation within a two-week timeframe. Part of this inventory was sold to a university at a price that far lower than what they were used to. By eliminating warehouse, storage, and extra labor fees, these savings were passed on to the University client, allowing them to furnish their new building well under budget with used furniture in like-new condition.
